The picture above is a courtesy from dc.wiki.com  Will Patton will play the character of Avery Sunderland, the main villain. This character first appeared in Saga of the Swamp Thing  6 (October 1982) published by DC Comics.
Avery is the CEO and owner of Sunderland Corporation. He became fascinated with Swamp Thing. He set his goal to capture him and study him. He thought he killed him with a bullet in his head. Floronic Man told him that Swamp Thing is just a plant with a human memory and a plant can’t be killed with a bullet. Swamp Thing woke up and killed Avery in rage.
