Review of Teen Titans Go! To The Movies

I finally got to watch this movie. I have watched couple Teen Titans Go! episodes on the internet with my 4-year old. I actually enjoyed the movie. It was funny and fast-paced but it was somewhat predictable with what is going to happen. I would recommend watching this movie. You will like it!
They have a live-action of the Titans on the DC streaming service. It was launched on  September 15 on Batman Day. The Titans  premiered on October 12. The Titans team  have Robin, Raven, Starfire and Beast Boy. They don’t have Cyborg in this show. Probably too expensive with all the CGI.
Anna Diop  plays the role of Starfire, Teagan Croft  plays the role of Raven and Ryan Potter will play the role of Beast Boy. see my earlier blog about Robin Brenton Thwaites as Robin in Titans
Starfire, Raven and  Beast Boy as Changeling first appeared in DC Comics Present #26 (October 1980) created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez. This issue also has the first appearance of Cyborg (Victor Stone).
Starfire  (Koriand’r) has superhuman strength, speed, agility and endurance.
Raven (Rachel Roth) has ability to teleport and control her “soul-self”.
Beast Boy (Garfield Logan)  has the ability to transform into any animal.
I had blogged about Starfire, Raven and Beast Boy on June 11. see Starfire, Raven and Beast Boy and August 30 Starfire, Raven and Beast Boy in Titans
A  copy of DC Comics Present #26 CGC 9.8 sold for $699.99 back in May. Now with all the hype of Titans and the release of Teen Titans Go! to the Movies, let see if the price has increased. There were 3 sales on ebay on August 28. They were $798.99, $815.00 and $799..00. About $100 price jump on this book.  One sale on ebay for $850 on October 15 and another sale for $875 on October 22. This book is heading toward the right direction!
